where was it taken?
It was taken down at Bayfront Park. There were just a few clumps of tall grass, I got down low and up close to take a series of pics. I think this turned out best. Glad you like it.

What time was this taken? The sky is stunning.
It was taken in early afternoon, but I added more black to the blues in Photoshop for a bit of drama... glad you like it though.
