I pass this construction site everyday, across the road from my studio, and wondered when would be a good time to take a picture. I thought yesterday was pretty good, so here it is...

Another Sky...

Stepping out of work yesterday evening, I look up at the sky and this is what I see.

Today I wore my denim jacket. Feels like Spring, woohoo!!

Like the forest fight for sunlight, that takes root in every tree.
They are pulled up by the magnet, believing they’re free.

To the Four Corners of the Earth

This is the centre of a giant compass rose along the waterfront in Burlington. It's not a particularly good or imaginative design for a public space but I was drawn to the centre of the compass. I like the colour and texture of the cement where it's begun to decay.
